Shipping
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information at the email address provided at checkout.
Free Shipping Free shipping applies to orders over $250 USD pre-tax, for delivery addresses in the contiguous United States only. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
Free shipping cannot be combined with wholesale rates, custom orders, bulk shipping, or special pricing. It can be combined with eligible promo codes.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are subject to dimensional weight and carrier rate changes.
How We Ship Balls For product integrity, all soccer balls are shipped inflated.
Contest Prizes Prize shipments are fulfilled to valid U.S. shipping addresses only. Winners must provide a shipping address within 48 hours of winner notification. Prizes will ship within 7 business days of address confirmation.
Returns
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased directly through colligomade.com or the Anthem campaign landing page, with a valid receipt.
If you purchased through a third-party retailer, contact that retailer directly for their return policy.
How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@colligomade.com to request a return. Do not send items back without first requesting authorization, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for where to send the item.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Damages and Defects Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@colligomade.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized items (items with your name, number, team logo, or other custom specifications). These are final sale.
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
